Q:  In what specific areas do you provide service?

A:  Complete Handyman service area covers thefollowingcounties: Milwaukee, Washington, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Kenosha and Racine

 

Q:  Is there a handyman available on weekends?

A:  We do schedule appointments for Saturday, although Complete Handyman's office is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you need a Saturday appointment, it will have to be scheduled on a week day. We do not work on Sunday.

 

Q:  Do I need any materials or supplies?

A:  Customers can choose to provide all materials and only charged for the labor or Complete Handyman can provide complete turn-key which includes materials.  If Complete Handyman supplies the materials there is a markup added to the individual item price.

Q:  How do you charge for services?

A:  At the time of your appointment, a qualified handyman will evaluate your project or job and provide you with a written work proposal.  We provide a "Not less than" price as well as a "Not to exceed" price.  If the handyman is at your home for only 5 minutes and completes the quoted work you will pay the "not less than" price.  If the handyman is at your home much longer then expected, you will pay the "not to exceed" price.  Things that contribute to the "not less than" price increasing are things like when the handyman came to your home to give you a quote on lets say installing a new electrical outlet and it wasn't obvious without drillinging into the wall that on the other side of the concrete wall the handyman found a 1/4" steel wall that required a hole to be drilled.  Anything that create complications that were not otherwise known to handyman until a breach of the wall done.  Never any surprises or hidden fees. You will be charged the amount of the written proposal and that’s it.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  Complete Handyman accepts checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All payments are due in full upon the completion of your work order.
